Simple realization

Just got it..so i thought let me pen it down before it get losts in thoughts
Mind keeps telling this is good this is bad ,I want it and I dont want it , I am only good & I am no good.
Instead of getting lost in this constant decision making process about thoughts and oneselfs ..simply observing the repetition of these patterns is very interesting..
like nature of feelings are short span ,they come and after some time they go ,but worry eats oneself for a longer period of time.
mind worry about negative thoughts only not about positive thoughts,
doubts: they are always come on something postive, not on negative
Mind wanders past and future , this is known only in the present

Wow everything ends where it started, so it is not linear it is circular ...
enjoy!! enough knowledge for the day.

have to go for Nav Chetna Shibir .. this post i wrote for myself to remember..if u want to comment well and good.

Love
Deepu

@ deepu you are right.. better to do something[present moment, take action] than think[past or future]

@ Amit i guess its ok to have a "i have to do" doership than having "i am doing" doership! :)

I belive the mind is very tricky ...millions of questions ...few answers...million answers but few questions. I guess u got to do what u got to do...so dunt stop and keep doing it by that ull understand by it self.

the pattern is circular and interesting or whatever well said.... but i like to add dont even observe it...let it be wat ever it is...leave it.... Dont even try to ask yourself the question why mind asks this?, what not that?,why worries?......jus go where the life takes you. JUS ENJOY the present

This so called wavering of thoughts, is the co-creation of an uncontrolled mind.. SO the obvious Q is - IS it possible to put the Mind under Control !!!
